Electrical Design Engineer - Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
(i) Preparation of any document/design/drawing in English and Vietnamese related to E&M
work except Trackwork/Wayside/OCS work for this project.
(ii) Study and advice related to Vietnamese law, decree, and regulation.
(iii) Review and give feedback documentation submitted from sub-contractor/Engineers.
(iv) Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document and
checking the document quality.
(v) Interpreter and preparation of minutes of meeting during the meeting with third parties.
(vi) Using Auto-cad or Micro-Station software for Cad drawings and updating.
(vii) Cooperate and liaison with sub-contractors for the contract implementation related to E&M
work except Trackwork/Wayside/OCS system.
(viii) Cooperation & liaison with the representatives of Employer & Employer as instructed by
C&I Design Manager/Lead Engineer.
(ix) Any works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which is instructed
by C&I Design Manager/Lead Engineer.
(x) Coordination with Interface parties, Subcontractor for design and site modification.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 27 - 40
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor Degree, major in Electrical Engineering, preferably graduated from HCMC University of Technology.
・Language: Good English (both written and spoken) skills and communication skills
・Experience:
- Minimum of at least 05 years electrical design experience for big construction projects
- Having both design & site supervision experience is an advantage.

・Other:
- Good Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD …
- Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
