<Job Responsibilities>
・Formulate internal rules, processes and measures to ensure occupational safety and health; fire prevention
・Formulate and urge the implementation of the annual occupational safety and health plan; assess risks and develop emergency response plans
・Manage and monitor the declaration and inspection of machines, equipment, supplies and substances subject to strict requirements on occupational safety and health
・Organize the implementation of information, propaganda and training activities on occupational safety and health; first aid, first aid, prevention and control of occupational diseases for employees
・Organize self-inspection on occupational safety and health; investigate occupational accidents and technical incidents that cause occupational safety and health insecurity in accordance with law
・Assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the health department in, supervising and controlling dangerous and harmful factors
・Summarize and propose to the employer to settle recommendations of the inspection team, inspection team and employees on occupational safety and health
・Coordinating with the trade union executive committee in guiding the performance of tasks of student safety and hygiene
・Organization of emulation, commendation, disciplinary action, statistics and reports on occupational safety and health


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Male Only (Due to the working environment)
・Age: Under 37 years old
・Education: Graduated University or College majoring in Labor Protection or Environment or related to health majors
・Language: Japanese Conversational level (N3 level)
・Experience: At least 1year of working experience as a parson in charge of Health and Safety in Manufacturing company
