F-SCADA Engineer/Kĩ Sư F-SCADA - Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
- Support the company's engineers in preparation of design and monitor the installation works.
- Preparation of any document in English and Vietnamese related to F.SCADA (facility SCADA) issues for this project.
- Prepare drawings/ sketches and maintain drawings / documentation register.
- Study and advise related to Vietnamese law, decree, and regulation regarding F-SCADA Engineering.
- Translate F-SCADA engineering documents from Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document and checking the document quality.
- Interpret and prepare minutes of meeting during the meeting with third parties.
- Market survey in Vietnam and investigation for local procurement in Vietnam.
- Any related works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which is instructed by F-SCADA Manager.
- Coordinate work between Signaling team and other Subsystem Managers and Subsystem Engineers of this project at different stages of completion.
- Coordinate work also includes coordination between the Consultant and the end-user.
- Work with the Subsystem Managers and Engineer to obtain Critical Project Documents (necessary permits, submittals, and etc) required by the specifications or client.
- Monitor PID design, Construction & Installation design for PID, interface and record.
- Track and report on the project activities (incl. PID design), tasks and provide progress reports as required.
- Identify any issues and/ or changes in the scope of work to determine if there is an opportunity or need to submit a Change Order Request to the client.
- Coordinate the delivery of project activities and project performance.
- May perform other related duties, as required

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Electrical / Telecom Engineering preferably graduated from HCMC University of Technology
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years' experience in installation, designing, programming SCADA system, Signaling System/ Telecommunication System for construction projects/industrial projects
