Operation Leader - Machine Parts

<Job Responsibilities>
・Cutting operations (pneumatic control parts, automotive parts, industrial sewing machine parts)
・Setup work for iron and stainless-steel machine parts using a machining center.
・Supervision and management of inexperienced operations staff.
・Management of the production schedule
・Reporting to the leader
・Night shift is also included

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Male prefer
・Age: 25-30
・Education: Not required
・Language: Not required
・Experience: At least 3 years experience of engineer using a machining center in machinery company in machinery parts industry
・Can go to the factory by yourself (In Dong Nai)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese
・Having experience as a technical trainee in Japan
・Having experience in Japanese company
・Having working experience in Pneumatic control parts or automotive parts or industrial sewing machine parts industry

<Personality>
Excellent communication skills and consideration for leading and caring for subordinates
