<Position Objective/Expectation >
• Develop new clients:
- Obtain information about new companies entering the VN and make an appointment.
- Set up a meeting with clients and introduce the service.
- Aim to introduce services that meet customer needs and acquire projects.
• Sales to existing customers:
- Regular visits to existing client offices
- After understanding the customer's business/risk content
- Understand the customer's business/risk content and provide information on necessary insurance
- Renewal procedures will be performed each time the existing insurance expires.
* Most of the overall work (more than 90%) will be done here.
• Customers In the unlikely event of an accident, we will cooperate with the department in charge of accidents
(the department in charge of accidents will handle specific procedures and responses) and follow up as necessary.
• Provide various disaster prevention materials and information by e-mail or visit.
• Requests and management of insurance premium payments to customers
• Cooperation with the insurance underwriting department, HR department, head office, and other related departments
• Correspondence, etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Age: 24 - 38
- Qualifications: College Degree or above
- Experiences: At least 1-year experience in a Sales position.
- Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Intermediate Level (need writing- hearing- speaking)
- Other Skills/ Knowledge:
• Good understanding of Japanese business culture.
• Good communication skills
• Can work actively and work for a long time.
• Bright character
<Preferable experience>
• Having experience in non-life insurance and being able to explain the insurance product coverage to clients is preferable;
• Be highly aware of the requirement to be professional to provide high-quality service to clients.
