<Job Responsibilities>
* For Manager Level :
- To be in charge of each project as a project leader
- Support Transfer Pricing audits (working directly with Authorities or giving advice to clients via e-mail, phones, etc.)
- Develop skills of staff by conducting internal training etc. together with Japanese Tax specialist members as well as Vietnamese colleagues
- Instruct subordinates to let them perform procedures for preparing each report
- Control staff assignments and monitor the progress of each project
- Conduct external seminar regarding TP topics together with seminar PIC
- Participate in business development efforts including assisting with the evaluation of new business opportunities and proposal preparation
* For Assistant Manager level:
- To be in charge of each project (follow up by leader)
- Participate in meeting with clients to gather necessary information
- Analyse client’s financial data, understand the nature of transactions
- Perform industrial analysis, research on database
- Preparing reports, explanation letters
- Support Transfer Pricing audits (working directly with Authorities or giving advice to clients via e-mail, phones, etc.)
- Train/Coach staff on technical issues
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Law, Tax, Accounting, Finance
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- For Manager Level: At least 4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing area.
- For Assistant Manager level: At least 3 years of experience in Transfer Pricing area
<Personality and skill>
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel, word, and reporting skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated, innovative, and able to work under pressure
- Fluently in written & spoken English and Vietnamese
- Good teamwork skill and ability to work independently and support team initiatives
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Accounting / Consulting / Auditing firm
