<Job Responsibilities>
1. HR - GA
- Recruit and arrange office and production personnel according to the requirements of the General Director and related departments
- Do training and orientation for employees.
- Implement internal and mandatory training programs according to labor regulations and laws
- Monitor, draft, and manage labor contracts
- Implement the process of signing contracts, terminating labor contracts, and handing over.
- Manage employee records and documents
- Manage the factory's ISO system.
- Communication work.
- Plan, report and execute company events
- Transmit documents, announcements, and policies from company leadership to employees
3. HSE Management:
- Manage work on safety, health, and environment.
- Focal point to organize safety inspections and internal audits of the factory
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Human Management is preferable
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: From 5 to 10 years of working experience in HR positions in manufacturing companies or steel industry companies/ machining centers.
- Skills/Others:
+ Have a strong network and can deal with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention, and fighting, the Labor management department, etc.
+ Living in Phu My, Vung Tau, Long Thanh, or other areas near Phu My town.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidate familiar with Korean working style and organization
