<Job Responsibilities>
1. Daily Finance Operation
- Manage and oversee daily Finance operations including:
o Accounts payable and receivable
o Cash payments and receipts
o General ledger
o Month-end closing
2. Financial and Management Reports
- Responsible for delivery of accurate and timely monthly financial and management reports, including ECAS and analysis.
- Responsible for delivery of timely and accurate audited statutory financial report in compliance with VAS and including GAAP analysis.
- Asset Management x Responsible for safeguarding of company’s assets for:
o Fixed Assets
o Inventory
o Non-inventory material (NLAG)
3. Treasury and Credit Management
- Prepare monthly cash flow projection
- Monitor cash flow position of the Company and ensure sufficient cash flow
- Support regional credit team on credit management matters
4. Budgeting and Forecast (BP/FC)
- Liaise with other departments for BP/FC data.
- Responsible for accurate and timely submission of BP/FC ECAS reports.
- Provide analysis of BP/FC reports.
5. Tax Management
- Ensure the company complies to Government tax regulations including CIT, VAT, FCT and Transfer Pricing.
- Liaise with tax consultants for timely and accurate tax filing with the local tax authority.
6. Admin, Ad-hoc projects
- Support process improvement to enhance administrative and operation
- Participate and support any ad-hoc projects
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accountancy/ Finance
- Experience:
+ At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting with at least 3 years at leader/ supervisor level.
+ Knowledge of ERP systems, experience in SAP
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
+ Meticulous and attention to detail
+ Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
+ Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
+ Highly proactive and motivated
+ Able to work as a team and individually
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
