The Role
We are looking for the experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. This position will involve in developing marketing and sales strategies, implementing marketing and sales plans, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Enhancing awareness and increase the number of Japanese customers requiring FMP clinical services, individual and corporate alike.
• Aggressively growing operations/services in Japanese expat market.
• Maintaining existing relationship with the Japanese expats.
• Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies and plans.
• Conducting market research in expat market, especially in Japanese expat market.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas, especially in Japanese expat market.
• Prospecting, qualifying leads, understanding needs, present services, negotiate contract, close deal.
• Achieving revenue and profit goals.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Investigating new areas of business.
• Identifying market opportunities on a face to face level.
• Evaluating effectiveness of marketing/sales efforts and make adjustments.
• Ensuring multiple field market tactics all provide a consistent message.
• Cooperating with translations (articles, emails, messages, …)
• Supporting Front Desk when necessary (hotline, translation for customers, ..)
• Marketing/Sales event management.
• Representing the company brand through media appearance and public events.
• Performing other assignments as assigned by Clinic Directors.
Ideal Profile
• You are a native Japanese speaker and fluent in English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• You have at least three years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably at Foreign Service companies or in the healthcare/service industry.
• You have practical experience in sales/marketing, customer relation/interaction with Japanese customers (individual and corporate alike) in Vietnam/Hanoi is ideal.
• You have strong organizational skills and team-oriented.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have good problem solving skills and ability to handle conflicts.
• You have ability to work well under pressure.
• You have positive attitude, able to be multi-tasked.
• You are well-groomed, pleasant outlook is a plus.
