<Job Responsibilities>
・This position directly works with the Japanese Director.
・Contact with Head office in Japan on a daily basis in order to share production schedules, and respond to clients' demands.
・Monitor and Control subcontractors to meet the delivery date and quality.
・Negotiate with subcontractors in order to ensure our products continuously meet our quality standards also the price and delivery dates.
・Develop new products working with designers in Japan. Purchase the material required for them. Establish the sampling schedule with the production team.
・Need to understand the quality standards and instruct the QC team to meet our quality requirements against the client’s needs.
・Contact with forwarders to arrange import/export.
・Inspect products at other factories if required
・Other tasks will be assigned by the Japanese director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level or Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or above)
・Having working experience as a Purchasing / QA / Stock Control Manager in a Manufacturing company of at least 3 years
・Can handle multitasking, and have the confidence to communicate Japanese Head office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have both language skill
・Strong communication skills
・Living near company (in Binh Duong)
・Personality: Motivated and have enthusiasm, eager to develop own career, contribute under high pressure, willing to work for a long period of time
