<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
・Cooporate with retailing shop in HCM area
・Handle customers' calls and inquiries on delivery operations.
・Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
・Communicate and coordinate with a partner company.
・Manage shit work of the department and daily work progress.
・Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 - 35
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree
(* Associate level also acceptable, If the candidate has studied abroad)
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N3 level or more)
and English - Conversational Level (Good communication skills,
Able to communicate in English with foreign staff in other country)
・Experience/Skill:
・Ability to Analysis and Problem-solving skills
・MS Office(Excel/PowerPoint), good computer literacy
・Can commute on my bike or other
