Project Planner - Technical

<Job Responsibilities>
・Working as a planning manager in a real estate development project organized by a local partner and the company
・Prepare 1/2000 development plan, 1/500 development plan, basic design, detailed design, and environmental certification in cooperation with the company and related departments of partners and external consultants
・Report to the Company on issues and correspondence with relevant parties in the preparation of the above
・Regularly visit project on-sight under construction to check with our partners that construction is progressing in accordance with the design that has been drawn up at the site
・Contact business travelers from Japan and assist foreigners in dealing with business visitors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30 - 39
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Architectural design (not Construction, Civil)
・Language: English Business Level
・Experience: More than 5 years' working experience as a Project Planner in Real Estate Developer
