<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Provide effective technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, training, etc.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Technical Support
+ Set up & install equipment/machines from the start until completing the commissioning.
+ Probe the causes of malfunction in equipment/machines & liaise with customers in order to find a solution.
+ Make recommendations for upgrades, service, or repairs and perform maintenance on equipment/machines.
+ Conduct training on how to use equipment/machines for customers or how to do operation, maintenance, etc.
+ Periodically inspect equipment/machines.
+ Establish relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, listening carefully to customers' concerns, and addressing issues through after-service.
+ Attend ongoing training events sponsored by companies or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options.
+ Summarize daily experience in order to propose to superiors/advise subordinates.

+ Cooperate with affiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction.
+ Communicate & contact direct-sales partners and distributors.
+ Do tasks assigned by the company & department.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Automation, Machinery, Electronics,...
・Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
・Experience: At least 1 year working as a Service Engineer.
・Others:
- Have a good business manner and work hard.
- Able to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
- Able to do multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas.
- High proactivity & mobility, management, teamwork spirit, communication, high problem-solving skill.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Hometown in Mekong Delta is a plus
