<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and design business strategies.
- Be responsible for Hiring, Training & Improve the quality of Sales team
- Set KPIs, monitor and evaluate the performance of each member. - Be responsible for the final result to BOD.
- Report the forecast business situation to the director.
- Identify new potential markets, research, and grasp market changes. Comment on new products as well as competitors.
- Decide on distribution channels for services and goods, especially strongly on expanding in the domestic market
- Other jobs assigned by director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 above) and English - Intermediate Level
- Experience: Have 5 years of sales experience in the Food industry, including 3 years of experience in a Manager position
- Deep knowledge of The Incoterms
- Strong in the domestic market and have a good relationship with the factory.
- Willing to go on business trips
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidates who have lived and studied in Japan for a long time
- Working experience in Japanese companies
- Prefer candidates who have a wide network in the food industry, especially frozen food
