Project Engineer/ Project Manager - Oil & Gas Industry

<Job Responsibilities>
- Overall supervision, interpretation, and implementation of mandatory codes, standards, and specifications, interpretation of radiographs, review/approval of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)/ Quality Plans, and final acceptance of data packages.
- Conduct inspection for manufacturing of the material, semi-products, equipment or components, steel structure, piping in the field such as power plant, oil & gas, etc. including activities such as, but not limited to:
o Review quality documents ITP, mark intervention points on ITP Hold, witness, review, and surveillance as per inspection level;
o Review and approval of quality Assurance plan/Inspection test procedure - Raw material inspection;
o Review of test certificates concerning standards, project specification & purchase order;
o Visual and dimensional inspection for materials;
o Reviewed welding procedure, witnessed procedure qualification and welder qualification test;
o Witnessing Mechanical, chemical & metallographic examination in laboratories;
o Review of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspection, e.g. radiographic films, UT (Ultrasonic Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing),...
o Witnessing pressure testing or other specified inspection/testing activities;
- Working as an expeditor if required and requested by the client. Vendor assessment, Expediting & Pre-delivery inspection 2;
- Conversant with codes and procedures used in the conventional power plant, oil & gas, onshore & offshore wind power, petrochemical industries, etc.;
- Monitor the fabrication and construction quality regularly and hold regular status meetings with all parties. The day-to-day running of site office, vendor & dealing with clients;
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Contacting potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
- Finding and developing new markets and sales;
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events for the promotion of services

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 4 years of working experience in Construction, Fabrication, Piping, Structural steel, Welding & Inspection works for oil & gas industries and wind power projects
- Active and open personality, good communication skills, teamwork-oriented
- Normal skills and familiarity with office tools
- Capable of working independently
