<Job Responsibilities>
- Nonlife Insurance, Customer Claim Handling, Insurance Claims
- Receive and check documents for claim requests of clients (mostly personal claims, cargo …)
- Contact related parties (The Insurer; clients; Surveyor,) to support completing the claim
- Record and register claim data
- Endure under high pressure.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experiences: At least 1 year of experience in Claim in the Insurance field
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
