<Job Responsibilities>
+ Directly go to the company's dealers or customers for technical support.
+ Research to improve product quality.
+ Do meetings to discuss product quality and technical issues.
+ Investigate the actual vehicle following the company's instructions.
+ Cooperate with suppliers for technical issues
+ Make technical reports.
+ Organize technical training for the company dealer's technicians.
+ Visit customers and train technical for customers.
+ Do Kaizen Aftersales activities at the Company's dealers.
+ Other tasks as assigned by the manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Automotive Engineering.
・Language: English - Conversational Level
・Experience:
– At least 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer/After-sales/ Technical Staff in the automotive industry
– Have experience in truck field
– Deep understanding of the automotive technology industry.
– Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and solving problems.
– Willing to business trip
