IT Deputy Country Manager (in Hanoi) - Manufacturing

<Objective>
Responsible for the smooth running of the company’s computer systems
- Make IT Planning align with the group IT strategy and higher-level policy.
- Lead and collaborate with HQ, Regional, and Company IT departments, to establish an IT platform and stable operation of IT systems to support business activity.

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Manage IT Planning and Development
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Coordinate with stakeholders for effective project implementation
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems to comply with the company's policy for information security and standard infrastructure with BCP management
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security, and control structures

2. Optimizing IT Operations
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Understanding issues related to IT and strengthening the operations at companies in Vietnam together with related parties.
- Overseeing the IT Operations in Vietnam, consisting of the company's standard IT infrastructure and individual IT Systems managed by the company.
- Optimizing IT Operations by centrally unifying the control of operational procedures and automating the execution of operational tasks.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology science, and engineering.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-45
・Language: English Business Level
・Experience:
- More than 5 years of work experience in IT departments of manufacturing companies, system integrators, consulting firms, etc.
- Have knowledge of EPR, setting up experience is much better
