<Job Responsibilities>
- Seeking for new customers.
- Updating market price, forwarding & logistics field condition, domestic & international business issues as well as market trends and report to the Japanese General Director.
- Preparing needed documents for customers: quotation, service contract, …
- Taking care of existing customers and visiting customers regularly to protect the company's business by complying with policies and regulations.
- Cooperating with other departments to have the best performance for the company and meet not only sales targets but also the company’s overall goals.
- Doing annual surveys to customers to measure their satisfaction with the company’s service and handle complaints and troubleshooting from customers if any.
- Making sales reports to the Japanese General Director weekly/ monthly.
- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Eduaction: Bachelor's degree/ College diploma
・Languages: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing of an international logistics company with good knowledge about international trade and export markets.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in a Semiconductor company
