<Job Responsibilities>
① In charge and responsible for the legal/internal control
- Responsible for all issues related to the legal & internal control of all business transactions of the Company, and operation of departments in the Company.
- Advising and providing appropriate, timely, and accurate solutions to the BOD on legal issues related to all activities such as corporate financial management, tax, import-export, and all kinds of purchase and sale contracts, HR admin...
- Periodic training and regular inspection, supervision of compliance with internal regulations of the Company….
- Participate in legal activities assigned by the BOD, in order to ensure the legitimate interest of the Company.
② Building, checking, and managing the policy system
- Coordinate with departments in the company to develop and check internal management policies (documents, legal documents) and ensure that the policies being issued and implemented are in full compliance with the provisions of the current legislation.
- Conduct an assessment of possible risk factors that affect decisions and efficiency business of the Company. Apply appropriate risk management methods and propose and coordinate with other consulting companies to provide effective preventive and remedial measures for legal risks that can occur.
- Participate in drafting and checking the legality of documents, legal documents and contracts, and agreements… to ensure the legitimate interests of the Company, as well as all activities, are being carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
- Update and analyze new regulations and supplements on current laws related to the Company's activities and promptly share with all levels of management.
- Organize training for relevant members on the implementation of relevant legal measures in a timely manner to ensure all regulations
- The Company's operations and procedures are legal.
③ Manage legal issues with partners outside the Company
- Being the Company's representative conducting negotiations and communications with partners (government departments, suppliers….) to handle complex issues with stakeholders.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language: English Business Level OR Japanese Business Level
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Laws
- Experience :
・In-depth practical experience in legal counterparties for businesses (manufacturing) related to finance, tax, import and export, purchase and sale contracts, handling of sales contract disputes, labor…
- Others:
・Ability to analyze and evaluate disputes and legal issues related to the above fields for solutions and appropriate practice.
・Ability to adapt quickly as well as withstand high work pressure, work independently, and work collaboratively group.
・Ability to communicate complex information logically and accurately,
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Optained Practicing License of Laws
・Experience working at law firms or Japanese manufacturing companies is the advantage.
