<Job Responsibilities>
1. Corporate Strategy and Business / Corporate Planning
- Support the Director of Corporate Planning in developing a corporate long-term strategy to materialize the company’s goals.
- Coordinate to develop the Company’s business plan and ensure the alignment of business plans with corporate strategy.
- Monitors the operational execution of the corporate business plan;
- Tracks and reviews KPIs, goals, and objectives of the corporate business plan;
- Analyze corporate data, and dashboard and compile relevant reports, and presentations as per management request.
- Coordinate the preparation of the Annual Report.
2. Corporate Affairs / Coordination
- Coordinate with Shareholders to ensure the alignment between shareholders’ requirements and the developed business plans.
- Coordinate company-wide meetings and business arrangements, cross-functional initiatives, and projects.
3. Public relations / Branding
- Support to formulate corporate branding strategy in line with business strategy.
- Take care of overall public relations, press/media relations, and external communications.
4. Others
- Performs other duties as determined by the Director of Corporate Planning and/or competent management levels.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, or relevant disciplines.
- Language: English - Business level
- Experience:
・At least 5 years of proven work experience as a business analyst, planner, developer, or relevant roles in non-life insurance companies (multi-national environment).
・Demonstrated understanding of business planning, corporate planning, risk management, local government, or organizational performance.
・Proven ability to analyze data, draw logical conclusions, and write reports.
- Others:
・Good analytical, conceptual thinking, and coordination skills.
・Good PC knowledge, particularly power point, making presentation slides.
