<Job Responsibilities> :
• Establish and maintain effective communication, coordination, working relations with company personnel & management
• Process, control procedure for new comers and resigned staff
• Manage HR data
• Manage timesheet, annual leave, OT of staff
• Arrange salary calculation & payment properly
• Arrange declaration & payment for monthly social insurance/ Trade union
• Arrange calculation, declaration & payment for monthly PIT, PIT finalization
• Recruitment activities
• Work with local authorities about firefighting, environment, labor, foreigner & security
• Prepare HR reports to Government as requested.
• Organize company event like company dinner, year end party, company trip.
• Make company legal documents
• Other tasks as being required
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree with majors in Business Administration/Accounting/Foreign Language
・Age: 25 - 30
・Gender: Any
・English: business level (Good at listening/speaking/writing/reading English)
・Experience:
- At least 2- 5 years of working experience in HR & admin field at any industry.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Insurance Laws…
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidates who live near Thach That, Quoc Oai, Hoai Duc area will be given priority.
