<Job Responsibilities>
- Quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-checking the tender quantities.
- Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese.
- Tender Preparation.
- Evaluation quotations and estimates.
- Keep abreast with the market material price.
- General correspondence.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Have Knowledge about interior material.
- Searching subcontractors and suppliers.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior / Civil Engineering / M&E.
- Language: English - Intermediate Level
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a QS Engineer (with more than 3 years in the interior field).
- Intermediate skilled in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Experienced working in Japanese companies is preferable.
