Mechanical Designer / Nhân viên Thiết kế Cơ khí - Machinery

<Job Responsibilities>
- Create technical drawings, mechanical drawings, and 2D and 3D digital models of mechanical equipment designs, using measurements, specifications, and additional data from the engineering team
- Design, review, and modify the detailed drawings of equipment, drafting of mechanical components, and technical drawings according to the manager’s requirements.
- Develop and manage engineering design details, layouts, and special items drawings for clients, and maintain as-built drawings.
- Support in providing technical recommendations for sales departments, most importantly project sales team for technical decision making and client’s requirements.
- Communicate with the fabrication team to create detailed layouts prior to fabricating, and assist in designing, and creating CNC drawings.
- Manage, review, and produce drawings for fabrication and installation of the factory.
- Coordinate with the production department to modify and update drawings in line with production requirements.
- Develop BOM, calculate the materials, and extract the quantities and supplies such as materials, components, and consumables based on confirmed drawings.
- Perform checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all project drawings and documents throughout the design and detail phase.
- Review and adhere to client specifications or requests to ensure the quality and accuracy of designs.
- Provide assistance in the assembly and maintenance of engineering and other technical files.
- Closely liaise with other departments such as Project Sales and Technical support teams to work effectively and win projects.
- Other duties may be assigned by the department head.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Language: English - Upper Intermediate Level (Able to communicate with foreign customers & experts if necessary)
- Experience:
・At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in manufacturing factories.
・Experienced in drawing layout of full system machine, know how to install automation machine, calculate raw materials, BOM extraction, technical application,…
・Fluency in AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings.
- Ability to work independently, and withstand high pressure.
