<Job responsibilities>
- Supervise the entire hospital group and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Execute market strategies such as marketing and service pricing
- Develop an in-house team responsible for Social Insurance (SHI)/Department of Health (DOH) and other agencies to collect and implement public and non-public information related to them in a timely manner.
[General responsibilities of group CEO]
- Direct and manage the CEO and department heads of hospitals and clinics.
- Create medium-term plans and annual budgets, monitor progress, and perform financial management.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing governance policies and related documents. Provide the guidance and support your board needs.
- Introduce tactical initiatives such as improving internal compliance, reducing corporate costs, and introducing highly reliable systems.
- Build a long-term organizational culture that embodies and promotes the Group's common behavioral guidelines.
- Carry out a variety of initiatives to enable our employees to demonstrate their full potential.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
