<Job Responsibilities>
This position is responsible for all aspects of ordering, meeting, project management, vendor arrangements and negotiations for interior design and furniture for clients moving or newly expanding, office expansion or addition, and new or expanded office space inside factories.
・Meetings with clients (requirement hearings, design proposals, estimates, status reports, on-site management, vendor coordination, etc.)
・Project management (schedule management, client/vendor coordination, quality control, troubleshooting)
・Negotiation and coordination with interior designers, contractors, building management companies, etc.
・Coordination with internal sales and technical staff
・Prepare documents.
・Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese business Level and English conversational level
・Experience: More than 3 years of working experience in Interior Design
・Other: Can use basic MS Office
<Skill / Experience>
Can use MS Visio, AUTO CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator
