Job Duties> :
. Formation of new real estate projects (regardless of new development or acquisition of existing properties): Sourcing, market research, business scheme analysis, legal confirmation, financial planning, negotiation, closing procedures, etc.
. Project management from business participation to opening (development projects): Negotiations with stakeholders (partners, government authorities, legal and tax advisors, etc.), schedule and progress management, fund management, etc.
※Possibility of involvement in projects in which the company is already participating.
. After-follow for opened businesses (after acquisition for existing properties): Handover to management and operational teams, etc.
. Consideration of M&A (not limited to real estate business, considering new participation in related businesses)
. Related translation and interpretation tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: under 40 years old
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience: Experience from 5-7 years of working in a real estate development company, with business development experience.
+ 2 years at Business Development Manager level
- Project management knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for calculations) and basic IT knowledge.
<Preferred Skills/ Personalities>
- Numerical management and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of corporate law, accounting, and taxation.
- Knowledge of real estate-related laws, regulations, and markets.
- Good Japanese is an advantage
