<Job Responsibilities>
- Troubleshooting the Global services network, such as internet VPN, IPVPN, etc.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services and international voice services.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the Customer's Network.
- Configuration and testing on IPVPN and other services.
- Service quality improvement.
- Any other customer support.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: College or University Degree in any majors
- Experience: Not required, Fresher is preferable
- Language: English - Business Level
- Excellent communication skills, and teamwork skills.
