<Job Responsibilities>
- Understanding, Analyzing, verifying requirements, and considering both business and technical engineering.
- Write requirements specifications, business processes, technical documentation...
- Translate and transmit to the Dev team
- Communicate, and work with the team to solve the requirements and come up with solutions
- Perform test Unit and support customer test UAT
- Manage and check progress to ensure delivery with high-quality
- Surely carry out the requested job
- Grasp requested tasks by yourself and execute them without fail.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:30-45
・Gender: Any
・Education: Any
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 higher level) & English Business Level
・Experience: Experience working with Japanese Projects.
- Good internal and external communication skills,
- Knowledge of planning and delivery skills, experience in project management
- Having demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Logic thinking, high responsibility, multitasking skills and proactivity skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Interested in UI/UX design
- Good English skills
- Know Front-end
- Used to live and work in Japan
- 2-3 years experience in IT Development field
