<Job Responsibilities>
◆ Accounting tasks
・Issue sales invoice
・Collect and verify purchase invoices, proceed with payment to supplier, payroll, and tax payment.
・Manage cash book (if any) and bank account. Control accounts receivable/ payable
・Coordinate with outsourcing accounting company
・Inventory and cash management
◆ HR tasks
・Prepare, renew, terminate labor contracts, and manage employee list information
・Manage attendance & shift working
・Support hiring new members
◆ GA tasks
・Purchase office stuff and manage company equipment
・Prepare contract/ documentation
・Support Japanese members’ licenses and legal documents
・Support communication with Vietnamese governments
◆Others
・Communicate with the Japan corporate team
・Prepare report documents for Directors (if any)
・Support translation or interpretation (if any)
・Deal with complaints initially (if any)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Economics, Accounting
・Language: English - Business Level (TOEIC 600 or above)
・Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting field
- At least 1 year of experience in GA/HR-related field
・Computer skills such as Excel are required
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese proficiency (N5 or higher)
・Hospital or store management experience
・Having working experience at Japanese or International companies
