<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Set up a new factory, support for all back office tasks
<Job Responsibilities>
・ Preparation of application documents, etc. (Work permit, VISA, another license.)
・ Basic accounting work (payment-related), communication with accounting consultants
・ At the beginning, preparation of monthly and annual accounting documents with the support of the accounting firm.
・ Filling and management of internal documents
・ Creating a quotation for customers and creating an order form for suppliers for domestic
・ Interpretation between the Director & clients if needed.
・ Payroll calculation, staff attendance management
・ Arranging business trips and visiting destinations for guests, etc.
・ Preparation of application documents and procedures
・ Other tasks assigned by the Japanese director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese or English - Business Level (prefer Japanese)
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in an Accountant position in a foreign company
- Having experience in GA / Admin position
・Can go to the factory by themself
・Good understanding of the manufacturing industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Chief accountant certificate
・Having business level in both English & Japanese
