<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement the recruitment according to the requirements and strategy of the company.
- Organize and coordinate with other units to perform human resource management and training.
- Organize the human resource management of the whole company.
- Develop regulations on salary and bonus, measures to encourage employees to work, implement regimes for employees.
- Comply with and organize the implementation of guidelines, regulations and directives of the Board of Directors.
- Researching, drafting and approving regulations applicable in the Company, building the company's organizational structure - departments and implementing organization.
- Serving the administrative work so that the Board of Directors is convenient in directing - operating, serving the administration so that other departments have good operating conditions.
- Managing the use and protection of assets of the Company, ensuring security and order, labor safety, occupational hygiene and fire prevention in the company.
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors to handle issues in the field of Organization, Administration and Human Resources.
- Support other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees in the Company.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education : Bachelor's degree in foreign languages or English
・Age : from 30-50 years old

・Experiences :
- At least 7-10 years of experience working in HR-GA field , with at least 5 years working as HR Director/Manager at large-scale companies (scale at least 300 employees)
+ Having good management skills
- English at Business Level
