- To be in charge in General Accounting such as payment arrangement, settled receivable account, payable account, bank charge, expense allocation, etc...
- To prepare inventory reconciliation (if any)
- To convert principle data to the Misa accounting system for VAS purchase, sales, and inventory report
- Translate GL (General Ledger)'s remarks, and adjust data to convert GL to the Mankichi accounting system.
- Translate & fill Accounting Dept's contracts.
- File all documents into files, and classify documents such as Salary, etc...
- Other tasks requested by the Supervisor, General Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having at least 5 years of experience in accounting position in trading companies
・Professional Skill: Excel skills, critical thinking, time management, negotiation skills.
