<Job Responsibilities>
HR Section:
- Management of C&B: Implementing and supervising the work of attendance management, salary calculation, social insurance, and personal income tax.
- Communicating and working with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention, and fighting, Labor management department, etc.
- Advising and proposing to the BOD on issues in the field of human resources such as organizational structure, training and recruitment, salary and bonus plans, welfare regimes for employees, regulations of labor law, handling situations occurring in production labor, issues between the company and employees or between employees, etc.
- Human resource management:
• Recruiting and arranging office and production personnel according to the requirements of the General Director and related departments
• Training and giving orientation to new employees
• Implementing internal and mandatory training programs according to regulations and labor law
• Monitoring, drafting, and managing labor contracts
• Implementing the process of signing contracts, terminating labor contracts, and handing over
• Developing KPIs system, implementing the process of evaluating and rewarding employees
• Employee profile and documents management
Admin Section:
- Planning, reporting, and implementing company events
- Transmitting documents, announcements, and policies from the company's management to employees
- Cultivate government relationships, and attend meetings.
- Obtain permits, manage events, and oversee company affairs.
- Support leadership with HR and special tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language skills: Mandarin - Intermediate Level
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experiences:
• Proven experience with more than 10 years of experience as an HR-Admin Manager, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Language skills: English Intermediate Level is preferable
- Experience in start-up manufacturing companies.
- Personalities: Open and honest, innovative, passionate, inclusive, collaborative and accountable.
