<Job Responsibilities>
- Review quotation from Marketing/Underwriting and arrange adequate capacity to ensure proper Reinsurance (RI) protection.
- Do facultative outward placement and follow up.
- Do facultative inward acceptance and follow up.
- Work with Treaty Leader on special acceptance for the risk if required.
- Manage the list of Claim Recovery to coordinate and follow up with Accounting & Finance Division to make payment/offset timely.
- Prepare RI frequent reports, renewal reports.
- Make RI worksheet/disposal for policies when requested
- Work with Reinsurers/Brokers on RI renewal (Treaty and Facultative)
- Coach and supervise subordinates on RI processing.
- Review manual guideline as assigned by line manager.
- Involve in enhancements to improve daily tasks.
- Other works as assigned by line managements or the company.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 25-40. Gender: Any
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: English Business level (especially speaking and presentation)
- Experience: At least 3 year experience working in non-health insuarance industry in Reinsurance.
<Skills>:
- Adequate knowledge of insurance, products, insurance contracts, clauses.
- Effective interpersonal skills need to create and expand partnerships with internal and external customers as well as to influence the way business partners think, feel, or behave
- Have good knowledge about type and method of reinsurance, priority for experience of RI Facultative placement experience and/or Treaty handling.
- Careful and detail-oriented
- Advance in Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
<Preferable :>
- At least 3 years of progressively more responsible property/casualty underwriting is preferred
