<Position Objective/Expectation >
Just established in 2021. This is the first hire for the accounting support business.
<Job Responsibilities>
The following Scope of Work is for the clients as below,
・Preparation and review of Tax Due Diligence and Financial Due Diligence
・Researches in tax and financial matters when entering to Vietnamese market
・Tax structuring research for mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring of operations, including analysis of tax loss carryforwards and unrealized profits
・Financial modeling and valuation
・Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and taxation work (including audit support)
・Transfer pricing taxation
・Tax-related HR work (including social security calculations and procedures, payroll-related calculations, etc.)
・Tax Audit-related work
・Other tax and financial services requested by clients.
In addition, the following tasks for our company are also performed as ancillary responsibilities
・Preparation of financial statements
・Annual and monthly tax calculations and tax returns
・Communication with Auditor
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30 ~ 45
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting or Finance, or a related field from a reputable university
・Language: English Business Level
・Experience:
* With certificate "Chứng chỉ hành nghề dịch vụ làm thủ tục về thuế"
- Having experience working at the tax or financial advisory firm or M&A advisory firm for at least 5 years (if you only have experience as an in-house tax or accounting council, you do not qualify for the position).
- Having experiences in advisory services including but not limited to TDD (Tax Due Diligence) and FDD (Financial Due Diligence)
- Having experience in tax correspondences and tax audits
*If you have no certificate
- Having experience working at the tax or financial advisory firm or M&A advisory firm for at least 5 years
- At least 3 years work in a Big 4 firm
(if you only have experience as an in-house tax or accounting council, you do not qualify for the position).
- Having experiences in advisory services including but not limited to TDD (Tax Due Diligence) and FDD (Financial Due Diligence)
- Having experience in tax correspondences and tax audits
・Skills:
- Advantageous to possess experience with accounting systems, i.e. Xero, SAP, etc.
- Solid knowledge of tax regulation, payroll laws, and social insurance requirements.
・Soft Skills:
- Solid knowledge of tax systems, i.e. E-Invoice, etc.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, primarily MS Excel
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Advantageous to possess experience with accounting systems, i.e. Xero, SAP, etc.
・Advantageous to possess knowledge of transfer pricing and/or accounting, especially VAS
・Advantageous to possess experience in a managerial position and/or in a multinational company/big 4 firms
・Highly advantageous to have experience in advisory services including but not limited to SPA review on tax-related items
・Highly advantageous to possess a professional tax certification
