<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage, maintain, and support users in ERP systems and the parent company's web apps. Work with IT in Singapore and Japan (emails, meetings) to handle arising problems or come up with solutions to improve the system.
- Maintain, test, do training, and support users in the company's internal systems. Collaborate with the software development team to develop new functions to improve the system.
- In charge of ISM-related work and other requests from superiors.
- Manage and coordinate job tasks and personnel.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 25-35
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (prefer in Information Technology related major)
- Experience:
+ Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
+ Have good knowledge of software used in business, especially in factories. Proficient in Query in database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL.
- Language: English - intermediate level (Able to communicate in English and need to work with the Singaporean via email and Teams meetings. Able to read English documents)
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, positive thinking, good logical thinking.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having knowledge about ISM is an advantage.
- Having knowledge of high-level programming languages such as PHP, Java, C# is an advantage.
