<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist the chairman in internal and external relations with customers.
- On behalf of the chairman, carry out internal tasks at the company when the chairman is absent and report back to the chairman.
- Assist the president in coordinating work with external parties, connecting activities with departments/individuals to ensure maintenance of daily activities and timely handling of work of departments.
- Propose implementation solutions and assist the president in internal and external relations
- Arrange and remind the chairman's work schedule, meeting schedule, business trips, meetings (including: preparing documents, preparing meeting rooms, booking airline tickets and hotels, etc.)
- Prepare and attend meetings inside and outside the Company at the request of the chairman (English interpreter for the chairman in meetings with foreign partners)
- Synthesize, evaluate and prepare reports on the operating situation of the company and its departments.
- Report the work done to the president.
- Other tasks as directed by Leadership.

・Experiences:
- At least 3 years of experience working as Personal Assistant, Secretary at foreign companies at any industry
