<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare for evaluation samples, for submission samples
- Sensorily evaluate samples for R&D works, mainly coffee products.
- Analyze chemicals with the QC team for R&D and Sales
- Record project progress in Excel files and collect customer feedback
- Prepare export documents of submission samples, such as packing lists, invoices, etc.
- Create a role by compounding the existing product blend.
- Do other tasks assigned by R&D Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Chemist, Food Technology
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 3 years experience in relevant application laboratory or sensory laboratory role (Desirably coffee, tea, or beverage category)
・Good knowledge of sensory evaluation, customer support, and coffee
・Able to work independently in chemical or food laboratory
