Quality Assurance Executive / Nhân viên QA - Plastics

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control all existing resources: people, materials, systems, and all QA-QC equipment, supporting the implementation of improvement activities in the QA-QC area to 100% guarantee the right quality and quantity of finished products.
- Create an effective work environment, build a solid work team, and maintain high discipline among QC team members so that every member always works according to current standards.
- Implement quality management, and KPI to support the Production Department in the areas of Safety, 5S, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, and Kaizen, ...
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Division and BOD.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education background: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial management, Quality management, Chemistry.
- Languages: English - Business Level.
- Experience: At least 2 years in QA position, in which GMP, 5S, and ISO 9001 systems are applied.
- Highly compliant with regulations. (Good skills in 7 QC Tools, HORENSO skills, 5S, ISO 9001:2015 …)
- Teamwork spirits.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good leadership skills, Time Management skills, and problem-solving skills. Advanced planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
