Designer - Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
Create designs based on the requirement from the Japanese manager and compile them into presentation materials
・Work with the project team
・Visit and call the Client to ask requests from the client
・Create design ideas with the Project manager, CAD Team, and Client
・Present design for a client
・Others task assigned by manager
・Participate in design seminars and networking events

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or Senmon graduates
・Gender: Female prefered
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: English Business Level
・Experience: Have at least 3 years of working experience as a designer in the construction industry
・Other: Can use AutoCad, 3D modeling, Powerpoint

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Can communicate in Japanese
