<Job Responsibilities>
・Translate Vietnamese into Japanese and vice versa
・Visit clients with the Japanese General Director (near Hanoi area)
・Prepare business trips for the Director by booking hotels, flight tickets, and private cars.
・Support other office activities.
・Create relationships with vendors (Japanese, Chinese, and Local companies)
・Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese Director.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-30 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (Equivalent to N2)
・Experience: More than 3 years of working experience as a Sales assistant or Trading staff in a Japanese company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have working experience in Japanese Trading companies
・Can speak Mandarin
・Can work for long term
・Have good understanding of Japanese company culture
