Logistics Officer (Liquidation) - Logistics

<Job Responsibilities>
Work at customer's factory.
• In charge of all activities related to customs procedures & activities for the import and export of Material, machinery, spare parts, and Finished Goods to customers. Logistics for export, customs clearance, and customs liquidation of materials.
• Arrange & stay informed of changes and progress and be well-updated on the delivery/pick-up schedule.
• Follow up and feedback on the abnormal order status to the customer.
• Ensure that order-filling processes and related record-keeping and documentation are accurate.
• Check the condition of materials and verify goods.
• Record shipments on the daily log sheet.
• Complete purchase orders.
• Custom declaration and handling of customs inquiries.
• Understand the customs laws, and update new customs laws to management.
• In charge of works related to customs declaration data – liquidation records of customer
• Prepare monthly balance reports to compare, and contrast the figures between import/export – accounting – warehouse to find out problems and shortcomings of customers and consult to customer
• Make a state of accounting to customer
• Check the cost from suppliers and make payment request
• Other tasks assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree from majors related to the Logistic/Transportation field
・Gender: Any
・Age: 23- 35 years old
・Language: English business level (good all 4 skills, used in communicating and with documents)
・Experience:
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in logistics-related positions in any industry.
- Have knowledge or experience in customs declaration and procedures on finalization settlement
- Understand customs regulations, rules, and policies for EPE companies, Manufacturing companies

・Skills:
- Can use VNACCS software fluently.
- Can use MS Office.
- Good command of excel data handling skills.
- Good communication skills

<Personality preferred>
- Fast learner, able to work under high pressure.
