<Job Responsibilities>
- Have good experience in the import and export of goods, understanding related to HS codes.
- Work with logistic/forwarder companies to support to processing related to import and export.
- Understand related the cost of goods sold, and control for the system-related inventories input–output.
- Perform the job in the accounting department such as: following and checking on bank transactions, payment transfers, receivables, and payable…
- Entry the data accounting transactions, and ensure that the general ledger monthly is recorded properly according to Vietnamese law (VAS) and to company requirements.
- Tax declaration monthly and finalization end year (VAT, CIT, PIT…)
- HR support is a plus.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University graduate, major in Finance/ Accounting
・Language: English - Intermediate Level
・Experience and others:
- Minimum 8 years experience as a General Accountant (prefer working in foreign companies)
- Strong knowledge of import-export, understand Custom declaration, HS Codes...
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and current Tax regulations is required.
- Can start working ASAP.
