* HR affairs:
+ Receive and manage labour reports of Company employees (leave late, leave early, sick leave, vacation...) to prepare monthly timesheets.
+ Receive, monitor and report on increases and decreases in health insurance and social insurance for company employees and related work
+ Prepare and monitor labour contracts, calculate salaries
+ Receive and process documents related to the Trade Union. Carry out work related to union and union support payments to employees.
+ Manage office equipment, purchase and sale of stationery, telephone, internet, fax, ... office logistics including maintenance, repair, and payment of related costs.
+ Manage and track records and payments related to office rentals, warehouses, cleaning workers, equipment rentals, car rentals, and house rentals for experts,...
* Legal paperwork and paperwork for experts
