<Job Responsibilities>
1. Client Relation:
- Work closely with clients to understand their issues and needs. Provide adequate solutions for clients to grow their businesses with deep insight.
- Provide strategic consulting to support clients
- Seek to develop and maintain good relationships with current clients and potential clients.
2. Planning Execution:
- Discover consumer insight, create core ideas and develop a communication strategy with a wide range of client information, cooperate with another team member in the company to execute the plan. Produce communication strategy and plan that meet client’s requirements.
- Design scheme of preparation and execution of presentation for success.
- Oversee entire planning activities and maximize strengths of the company, advice on strategy,
interactive, service and improve the relationship with customers.
- Manage the cost and timeline of each communication campaign, and media plan to make sure meet cost/schedule/quality requirements from clients and give appropriate feedback to team members. when necessary.
- Cooperate with other teams in the company to ensure project outputs meet deadlines and service quality.
- Utilize effective media planning tools/systems/methodologies and market research systems to provide analysis reports for the Vice General Director and clients.
- Prepare a report and send it to the client after the media campaign finishes
3. New Business Development:
- Make proactive efforts to explore new business opportunities that tap into new markets and pitch proposals to potential clients.
- Create plans, manage & build execution direction for current/future projects. Study and take responsibility for project legal procedures
- Other tasks required by the Vice General Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 42
・Language: English - Fluent Level
・Experience: From 4 years of working experience in Marketing, Planning, and Strategies including at least 3 years of management experience in OOH Segment.
<Preferred Experience>
- Agency experience is a big plus
