Senior Architect - Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
- Draft layouts, elevations, and construction details for residential remodeling projects.
- To be involved in project development from concept design (mostly) to tender documents, and construction documents.
- Contribute ideas, study, and share knowledge, and skills with other members of the design team.
- Examine by comparing core technologies in each specialized field, following the superior’s instruction.
- Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with the Client.
- Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance).
- Create the document of design change and feedback sheet.
- Identify successful examples in projects and analyze factors of defect cases.
- Other works assigned by Superior.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Architect / Designer for projects in a factory, or warehouse.
- Having good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese design standards, and building code.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, PS.
- Basic knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is required. Having good experience working with BIM, ISO 19650 is an advantage.
- Can work OT and stand high pressure, having a sense of organizing his work
- Proactive thinking, creative, hard-working.
- Used to work for Japanese constructors is an advantage.
