<Job Responsibilities> :
- Receive information from customers, the sales Department to inform to related departments timely
- Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation, and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
- Make a standby list of machines
- Make rental contracts with customers
- Make white invoices, issue VAT invoices, follow and collect the receivable amounts and others as assigned.
- Monitor and extend machinery inspection
- Update contract and debt status weekly
- Search and negotiate with suppliers if necessary
- Other tasks as may be assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: University or college graduate at any field
・Age: 23-33 years old
・Gender: Female only
・Language: English at Intermediate Level (Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing English)
・Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales assistant, Sales Admin or Accountant at any industry
- Good at MS word, excel
