+ Visit the customer site to do the health check for ICT (Information & Communications Technologies) devices
+ PC troubleshooting
+ Server troubleshooting
+ Firewall troubleshooting
+ Switch, Router
+ Wifi troubleshooting
+ Network and security solutions and ensure troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of network and security incidents.
+ CCTV, Telephone troubleshooting
+ Access control troubleshooting
+ Cable troubleshooting
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in IT
・Language: English - Conversational Level
・Experience:
+ Have at least 3 years of experience as an IT Engineer/ IT Support
+ Soft skills to communicate with customers and vendors
