<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Coordinate with other departments in supply chain forecast management ensuring availability of stocks meets demand, including supply alignment with BU with information visibility while optimization of inventory and slow-moving management.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Forecast Management accuracy:
+ SCM review file shared by PM on Disty collection by 3rd week on monthly allocation qty vs forecast to align to the ISM forecast.
+ Pre-Plan for MU at last week of the month: Align forecast based on order data, backorder, inventory, etc.
+ Review & Align forecast ISM (Institute for Supply Management) with PM, keeping the gap +/- 15%.
+ Any gap of more than +/-15% is to be signed off by the company's MD (Accuracy meeting).
+ Data to check: back orders, on-hand stocks, GIT stocks, slow-moving, tender/project, past 6 months run rate, forecast sale target.
- Supply Alignment
+ Pre-Plan for Cons at mid-month by reviewing BOP plan for PO allocation.
+ Review with PM on the PO allocation and request for additional or cancellation based on updated market demand.
+ Submit cancellation or additional PO
+ Generate PO based on cycle (MU: Bi-weekly, Cons: Once a month).
- Information Visibility: Weekly data update, incoming stocks, back order quantity, inventory including on hand and GIT
- Inventory Optimization and Slow Moving Management
+ Weekly follow-up with respective PM for overdue slow-moving action and update revised schedule
+ Organise bi-weekly alignment meetings with the PM and review issues and actions, highlight the gap
+ Review month-end slow-moving and country inventory status
- Others
+ Amend PO Price, Change SKU (Stock Keeping Unit),...
+ Follow Up on Import Buy Back Shipment
+ Register and set a new SKU based on the latest Prod Hierarchy
+ Coordinate with SCM/ Logistics for shipping documents.
+ Process shipping notifications in SAP
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
- Having working experience of SAP MM (Material Management) & SD (Sales & Distribution) module
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management is an added advantage
- Working experience of TM1 is an added advantage
